Your information is then stored on our Secure Server until we begin processing your order. Even though your information is protected on our Secure Server we feel that leaving your information online creates a potential security risk. Therefore, to protect your personal information at the highest level, it will be deleted from the Server once your order has been filled. It is our goal to protect you and your personal information with as many securities and methods available. shipping information and rates - click here. We DO NOT ship internationally (except Canada). We WILL ship to PO Boxes in the United States. All our items are shipped using the US Postal Service. Most items are shipped out within 3 business days. There are certain items that require more time. All items are clearly marked with the amount of processing time required. In the event an item is out of stock, processing time may run 3 to 5 days longer than normal. If the shipping is delayed longer than our normal time required, you will be notified via email. Shipping Charges are added to your order based on the dollar amount you spend. The shipping rates are calculated by our shopping cart and added to your order. The shopping cart also calculates the FREE shipping promotion for orders of $100.00 or more. Rush Orders - click here for options - If you need an item or items within 3 - 4 days, please contact us by phone or email to ensure your order can be filled and shipped by the time needed. This will ensure the availability of the item(s) and the priority in which you need to receive it. Additional shipping fees may be required based on when and where the items need to be shipped. All our online transactions are processed using a Secure Server. Our shopping cart uses SSL software, the industry standard. Sales Tax 5.6% sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses. Credit Card payment is required for all online orders. If you wish to pay with a MONEY ORDER please contact us and place your order over the phone. Once we receive the Money Order, we will begin processing your order immediately. We DO NOT accept any C.O.D. orders or CHECKS. All orders are charged in U.S. Dollars. Secure Online Credit Card Payment Information All Credit Card orders are invoiced offline and will only be charged the amount of the order. If any additional rush shipping fees are required, authorization from the customer is required before that amount can be charged to the credit card. Credit Cards are charged prior to your order being shipped. We will also charge your Credit Card in advance for engraved items, even though they will not be shipped until the engraving has been completed. This is done for our protection since we cannot sell an item once it has been personalized with your information. How to Place a Secure Online Order When you find an item you want to purchase just click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button next to the product and the item will be placed in your shopping cart. You will then be taken to your shopping cart where you can continue shopping or Check Out. You can place an unlimited number of items in your shopping cart. To change the quantity of an item, enter the number desired in the quantity field and hit the "UPDATE" button. To remove an item from the shopping cart, enter "0" in the quantity field and hit the "UPDATE" button. Viewing your shopping cart does NOT verify your order or commit you to purchasing any items. You must proceed to checkout and enter the required information for an order to valid. When you are ready to Check Out, click the "Shopping Cart / Checkout" button and you will be taken to the Shopping Cart where you can "proceed to checkout". Please fill in the required information requested on the Check Out page. Once you confirm your information and place the order an email will be sent to your email address including your order confirmation number. When we receive your order it will be processed and shipped out within the time required. If an item is out of stock or on backorder you will be advised of the situation and given an updated shipping schedule. Products we sell not listed on Alfawedding.com Alfawedding.com is an extension of the Alfa Flower and Wedding Shop. We have hand picked the items sold online for their quality and popularity. We will always be adding new products to our website, however, if there is an item you cannot find more than likely we carry it in our store.
